We understand that sometimes plans change, making it difficult or impossible for you to go out on one of our yachts. Therefore this is our refund policy for cancellations made by you as a client:
This allows us to be prepared in time for every reservation and provide the excellent service that characterizes us. In some cases, we might have a tour booked after yours, so please take this into consideration. We kindly ask you to be on time in order to enjoy your full tour. Changes in dates or yacht of choice requested by the client are considered a cancellation if Mr. Yacht is not able to make the changes without affecting its operation.
Mr. Yacht reserves the right to cancel a tour in case of unexpected technical issues. We will always do our best to reschedule or offer another yacht of equal or better quality. If any scheduled payment has not been received by the due date, Mr. Yacht reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the full deposit paid to date. If a cancellation is made by Mr. Yacht for any reason, we guarantee a full refund.
We know that the weather is not always on our side and our priority will always be to keep you safe. For this reason, cancellations due to weather conditions are exclusively decided by Mr. Yacht. Weather related cancellations will be communicated before the reservation and as soon as the local authorities issue a report. In the case of weather conditions that would not allow a safe trip, we guarantee a reschedule if possible, or a full refund otherwise.
In accordance with the information published by the health authorities on the new variant of COVID-19 (Omicron), we implemented a new clause that allows the client to be protected in case of needing a cancellation as a result of COVID. This clause establishes that in case of trip cancellation, the client may reschedule his yacht rental within one year from the date which the initial reservation was made, with no extra cost. The client will have to notify a Mr. Yacht sales representative with at least 5 days in advance in order to reschedule. The client will not be eligible for a full or partial refund, but will be able to change the date of the tour, as previously stated. It is required to have the necessary documentation to validate the cancelation.
